What we collect
Orders: your name, email, and shipping address, used to fulfill your order and send you order updates. A phone number is optional, and only used if there's a problem with your delivery. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe; your card number never touches our servers. Stripe's handling of your data is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up. Buying from us doesn't sign you up. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Reviews & contact forms: the name, text, and any photos you choose to submit, plus a hashed IP address used only to prevent spam.
Cookies: a session cookie that keeps your cart working, plus the ad measurement cookies described below. No analytics resold to anyone, no selling of data, ever.
Visitor counts: we count pages on our own server so we know which ones people actually read. That record holds the page, roughly where you arrived from, whether you're on a phone or a computer, the country you're browsing from (the state, if you're in the U.S.), and a one-way code for the session your cart already uses — no IP address, no name, nothing that points back to a person. Your location is worked out on our own server from your internet address, and the address itself is never saved. No outside analytics service is involved. The details are deleted after 90 days and only the totals are kept.
Ad measurement: we advertise in ChatGPT, and to see whether those ads work, our pages load OpenAI's measurement script. It tells OpenAI which pages you view, which games you look at or add to your cart, and when you check out or order (what's in the order and the total). Its cookies hold an ad's click reference for 30 days and a random ID for this browser for a year. If you arrived by clicking one of our ads, our server also tells OpenAI the click landed (which page, and the ad's click reference), and later whether it became an order, with an order reference, the items and the total. None of it includes your name, email, address or phone number. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, none of this runs.
Who we share it with
Only the services required to run the shop: Stripe (payments), Shippo (your name and shipping address, to look up postage rates at checkout), our shipping carriers (your address, so the box arrives), Amazon Web Services (it sends our email, so it sees your email address and the message), Google (reCAPTCHA spam checks on our forms, and the fonts this site uses), and OpenAI (the ad measurement above). That's the whole list.
Your choices
Want your review removed, your contact messages deleted, or a copy of what we have? Email support@savagegamez.com and we'll take care of it. We can also delete your customer record and newsletter subscription. The orders themselves (what you bought, where it shipped, what you paid) we keep, because we need them for taxes and accounting.
